Inspector Notes

An in-person initial inspection was initiated on January 31, 2022 and concluded on the same date. There were 2 children present, ranging in ages from 7 months to 2 years, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child, 1 staff and 1 household member records were reviewed.
