Inspector Notes
An in-person renewal inspection was conducted on July 27, 2022 from 11:15am until 12:15pm. There were 2 children present, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, 1 household member record, and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Violations
4Evidence: There was no attendance taken and there were 2 children present.
Evidence: The crib mattress was sitting several inches below the bottom slat of the crib. There was about 3 finger lengths between the mattress and the crib.
Evidence: Evacuation drills were not conducted monthly. The last drill was conducted on February 2022.
Evidence: An infant feeding chair was placed on top of the dining table and not fastened securely to a chair as instructed by manufacturer's instructions.
