Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 7/16/2-25 and completed on 7/16/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:25AM and ended at 11:20AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 10. A parent/volunteer was also present. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and caregiver/household member records.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. The license and any other documents required by the Superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
The previous licensing inspection report was not posted.

Providers must keep a written record of children in attendance each day. There were no attendance records on the date of inspection.

Standard 8VAC20-800-60-B
Children's records are required to contain parental home and employment addresses and phone numbers, doctor's name and phone number, emergency contacts, authorization for pick up, 1st date of attendance, and parent agreements. The record for Child #1 was missing the information listed above. The child was present during the inspection.

Before the child's first day of attendance, parents shall be provided in writing the following information: whether or not there is liability insurance. The document regarding liability insurance, in the folder for Child #2, was blank.
