Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on March 25 2022 between 10:00am and 11:00am. There were 9 children in the direct care of 2 staff members. Children were observed washing their hands, working on projects, and having snack. Child records, staffing records, and the physical plant was inspected and reviewed.
