Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on March 18 2024 between 1:30pm and 3:00pm. There were 18 children in the care of 5 staff. Children were observed preparing and taking a nap. Staffing records, child records, the fire inspection, evacuation drills, and the physical plant was reviewed and inspected. Citations are listed on the violation notice.
