An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on February 28 2025 and completed on February 28 2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:00pm and ended at 12:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included a document review, observations, interviews, and a tour of the facility.
