A complaint inspection was initiated on August 10, 2023 from 11:19 am until 1:30 pm and completed on September 29, 2023 regarding concerns of programs and staffing and supervision. Interviews with staff and collaterals completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
