Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was initiated on March 15, 2024 and completed on May 23, 2024. regarding concerns of programs, physical plant, and special services and emergencies. Interviews with staff and collaterals completed, and observations were made in the center. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
