Inspector Notes
An initial inspection was conducted today with the applicant. There were no children present during this inspection. Five children's files were reviewed. The furnishings, supplies and equipment is sufficient for the requested age range and capacity. The applicant has obtained Medication Administration Training on 8/28/21. First Aid/ CPR are through American Safety & Health Institute and is dated 6/18/20 and expires on 6/22.
There was one violation from the initial inspection, which is outlined on the violation notice.
The inspection was initiated at 10:30 am and concluded at 1: 15 pm.
