Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the provider, who was present with two assistant's and 12 children, ranging in age from 8 months to 4 years. The children were eating lunch during the inspection, which consisted of spaghetti with meatballs, green beans, mandarin oranges and milk. After lunch, they washed their hands and transitioned to naptime.
Two children files were reviewed as well as two injury/accident reports. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
