Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the provider, who was present with a second caregiver, 10 daycare children and 1 residential child for a total of 25 points. The inspection took place from 10 am to 10:45 am. The ages of the children ranged from 3 months to 4 years. There has been one newly enrolled child since the last inspection and that one child's file was reviewed. There have been no injuries/accidents nor are their any children enrolled who have medication onsite. The children were engaged in free play at the beginning of the inspection and then the children cleaned up and transitioned to circle time, which consisted of a good morning song, stretches, safety rules of the home etc.. At the end of the inspection the children had moved into a project activity. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
