Inspector Notes

An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/1/24. The inspection began at 2 pm to 2:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present with 3 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 3 children's files and 1 caregiver's file. The Inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
