Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted today from 11:00am-11:30am. There were no children in care. The home, 1 staff record, sample children?s records, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
