Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today at 10:27am. There were 4 children (12 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, children's medications, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and participating in teacher led activities. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
