Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/19/2024 at 12:10pm. There were no children in care at the time. The home, 1 caregiver record, 2 children's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Please complete the ?plan of correction? and ?date to be corrected? for each violation cited on the violation notice and returned it to me within 5 business days from today. Please specify how the deficient practice will be or has been corrected. Your plan of correction should contain: 1) steps to correct the noncompliance with the standard(s), 2) measures to prevent the noncompliance from occurring again; and 3) person(s) responsible for implementing each step and/or monitoring any preventive measure(s). Evidence: observed that the temperature in the refrigerator was 45 degrees F.
Evidence: observed that there was no thermometer to monitor the freezer temperatures.
