Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection were initiated on 02/12/2024 and concluded on 02/12/2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. There were eight children present with three staff supervising ranging in age from 8 months to 3 years. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
