Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/09/2024 from 9:55 AM to 11:30 PM. There were 12 children present, ranging in ages from three months to three years, with four staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, and special care and emergencies. A total of nine children?s records, two children?s medications, and the nine staff?s records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
