Inspector Notes
The Licensing Inspector initiated and completed an unannounced monitoring inspection on 6/24/2024. The inspector was on site from 11:00am until 12:30pm.
There were 9 children under the care of 3 staff. The ages of the children ranged from four to five years old. The children were observed during indoor free play, activity time, and lunchtime. Six children?s record, five medical record and five staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
