Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the home.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on January 18, 2022 and concluded on January 19, 2022. There are no children enrolled but the Vendor has a local permit to care for children. The Vendor has supplies, emergency supplies, training documents and is current in First Aid/CPR. The local agency supplied the inspector with current background checks. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date.

Based on document review, it was determined the Vendor's written emergency preparedness plan did not address the location in the event of a Lockdown scenario.
The plan stated will decided a place.
Plan of Correction: I will have the children go to the bathroom and remain there when we practice the lockdown and in the event we have a lockdown threat. I will write that in the plan.
