Inspector Notes

This non-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 03/23/2022. There were 87 children present, ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 15 classroom staff supervising in 7 separate rooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of left undetermined from the initial inspection on 11/08/2021. All 22 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was (1) non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, a table for changing diapers was used for a children's activity.

Evidence -
1. On the date of inspection (03/23/2022), within the Turtles Room, the changing table used for diapering was observed with three plates of paint.
2. The classroom staff stated that these plates of paint were to be used in an art activity for the children.
Plan of Correction: The plates of paint were moved. Corrected on the date of inspection.
