Inspector Notes
This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 04/29/2022, between the hours of 9 am to 12:30 pm. There were 72 children present, ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 12 staff supervising, in 7 classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records, and all 20 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was (1) non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program.

1. On the date of inspection (04/29/2022), 30 minutes of tummy time for Child #3 was not recorded for 04/28/2022.
2. It was determined that Child #3 who was awake (on the date of inspection), cannot turn over by themselves.
