Inspector Notes
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 10/28/2022, between the hours of 10 am to 12:30 pm. There were 79 children present, ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 15 staff supervising, across 7 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 23 staff records were reviewed. Children files will be review during the next unannounced licensing inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
