Inspector Notes
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 10/27/2023, between the hours of 9:30 am to 1 pm. There were 86 children present, ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 17 staff supervising, across 7 classrooms. The children were engaged in the following: infant feeding, story time, infant play, diapering, bathroom breaks, hand washing, lunch, nap time, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 7 children records, and 24 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was (1) non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the Violation Notice issued to the center.

1Evidence -
1. On the date of inspection (10/27/2023), the back wall within the "Lizard" room showed signs of damage.
2. The Center Director stated (during an interview conducted on the date of inspection) that this damage occurred when the "ABC" wall was removed leaving several visible spots where the tape had pulled away the top layer of paint and drywall.
