During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/08/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9 am and ended at 12:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (81) children present and (13) staff. The inspector reviewed (5) children?s records, and (8) new staff records on-site on 11/08/2024.
This inspection included: document review (files, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms); tour of the facility; interviews; observations; and measurements (for requested modification to license).
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

1The record for Child #4, enrolled for five months, was missing the following required component: Due to changes in the allergies of Child #4, the allergy plan was not updated.
