Inspector Notes
A code compliance inspection was conducted on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, from 2:00pm to approximately 4:30pm. There were 38 children in attendance and a total of six staff directly supervising. Upon arrival, the children were in their designated classrooms resting. The children and staff were later observed walking to the cafeteria for an afternoon snack. They were later observed in their designated classrooms interacting with peers and staff. The children were engaged in various activities throughout the inspection. Staff were observed having positive interactions with the children. All areas of the facility including classrooms, kitchen, hallways, outdoor play area, and bathrooms were inspected. Medication is administered and medications and authorizations were reviewed. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
