Inspector Notes

A code compliance inspection was conducted on 10/13/2023 from 9:45am-10:45am. An initial subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on the same date. At the time of the inspection, there were 38 children present with nine staff supervising. Children were observed participating in morning movement activities, circle time and eating snack. A full tour of the facility including playground, kitchen and classrooms was conducted. Records reviewed included twelve staff records, three children's records and other center documents. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
