Inspector Notes
An unannounced non-mandated focused monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/24/2024. There were 23 children, ages 15 months- 6 years, 6 staff members providing direct care and supervision present during the inspection. The children were observed during child-directed activities, teacher directed activities, and departure. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies, and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at approximately 2:30 pm and departed approximately 3:45 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
