Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/22/2024 and completed on 08/22/2024 as a result of the provider being on enforcement watch. The on-site inspection began at 2:40 pm and ended at 4:00 pm. The inspectors reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
