Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 10/24/2023 based on a complaint received on 10/20/2023 regarding forbidden actions, food services, supervision, and special care provisions. There were 13 children, ages 18 months- 4 years, and 4 staff providing direct care and supervision to children present during the inspection. Staff were interviewed and a total of and 3 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at approximately 7:15 am and departed approximately 8:30 am. The information gathered during the inspection determined the complaint to be not valid.
