An unannounced "Code of Virginia Section 63.2-1716" compliance monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/25/2023 at 12"45pm. 32 children, ages 3-5, were under the care and supervision of 4 staff. Children were observed participating in circle time and centers. Center documents, 5 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Based on staff interviews and staff record reviews, the facility did not ensure that staff were trained to perform daily simple health screenings and exclusion of sick children.
