Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 5/24/22 from 7:55am to 8:25am with the provider. There were no children in care, as the provider reports not having any children enrolled yet. The provider record and four household member records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider will not give medication at this time and they understand that they must obtain certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) in order to do so. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher were observed. If you have questions regarding this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector, Laura Brindle, at laura.brindle@doe.virginia.gov or 540-905-2062.
