Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on April 21, 2022 from 11:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival, there were 3 children in the care of the provider with points totaling 9. No medication is being given at this time. Three children records were reviewed and also the record for one assistant.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
