Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on January 30, 2023, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This onsite visit was conducted on January 30, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were three children, ages 1-2, in the care of the provider for a total of eight points. The records for three children as well as the provider and one assistant were reviewed and updated. No medication is being administered at the present.
A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violation were found for this subsidy inspection.
