Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 17, 2023, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 11:30 a.m. through 1:30p .m. Upon arrival, there were 7 children, ages 18 months through 3, along with the provider and assistant for a total of 15 points. Five children records and the record for the provider and assistant were reviewed.
A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violation were found for this subsidy inspection.
