Inspector Notes

Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on July 17, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. through 1:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 7 children, ages 18 months through 3, along with the provider and assistant for a total of 15 points. Five children records and the record for the provider and assistant were reviewed.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition.

No violations were found during this inspection.
