Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on January 22, 2024, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 10:50 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 9 children, ages 2-4, .being supervised by the provider and two assistants. Five children records were reviewed. The records for the provider and two assistants were also reviewed.

A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
