Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 22, 2024 from 10:50 a.m. through 12:00 .m. Upon arrival, there were nine children, ages 2-4, in the care of the provider and two assistants. Five children and three staff records were reviewed.
No violations were found.
