Inspector Notes

An announced initial subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated and concluded on 05/24/2022. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 2:50pm until 4:40pm. There were zero children in care one caregiver present. A monitoring inspection was also conducted on this date.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
