Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-790-190-B-12
Based on a review of four children's records and interviews, the vendor did not obtain a written care plan for one child with a diagnosed food allergy, to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic and the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction.

Evidence: The record of Child #4, date of attendance 05/13/24, indicated the child has a food allergy, but the record did not contain a written care plan. During interview, Caregiver #1 confirmed a written care plan was not on file for Child #4.
Plan of Correction: The written care plan has been requested and will be filed upon receipt.
