Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was conducted on January 5, 2022. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Director qualifications and staff training were reviewed. Seven classrooms, five restrooms, kitchen and playground were observed. Space and equipment were appropriate to serve children infants through twelve years. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
