Inspector Notes
A complaint inspection was conducted on June 15, 2022. There were sixty-eight children present, ranging in ages from infants to age five, with thirteen staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision, programming, special care/emergencies and nutrition. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and interview, facility did not ensure when meals or snacks are provided that there is a posted daily menu or one provided to parents, showing foods served for the current week.
Evidence: The menu was not posted for the current week. Program Director stated a copy for the current week was not provided to the parents.
