Inspector Notes
A focused monitoring inspection was conducted on March 7, 2023. There were eighty-one children present, ranging in ages from infants to preschool, with sixteen staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of physical plant, staffing and supervision, and special care and emergencies. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, facility did not ensure staff wash their hands with soap and running water after a diaper change.
Evidence: At approximately 10:10 AM, staff was observed changing a child's diaper in the 2's classroom. After the diaper change was complete, the staff member touched a wooden classroom divider and opened a half door in order to leave the classroom to go to the restroom to wash staff and child's hands.
