Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on June 4, 2024 from approximately 11:10 am to 2:00 pm in response to allegations related to administration, staffing/supervision, programs, special services and special care provisions/emergencies. Sixteen staff were present supervising seventy-five children ranging in ages from infants through school age. Licensing Inspector reviewed standards related to food allergies, supervision, behavioral guidance, nutrition and diapering. Based on observations, recordkeeping and interviews conducted, there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegations therefore the complaint is deemed not valid.
