An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on October 22, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on October 15, 2024 relating to allegations of nutrition and special feedings. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
