Inspector Notes

An unannounced shsi annual inspection was conducted on 4/20/22. The provider was present with one child at the beginning of the inspection and a second child arrived from school after the inspection began. The provider has lots of toys and supplies and a large area for play. Interaction between the provider and the children were positive and redirection was done with ease. Based on the review of the emergency drill record, the vendor failed to write the March fire drill on the chart.
Evidence: According to the vendor she has conducted the fire drill but did not write it on the chart.
Plan of Correction: I will make sure I write the information in the chart as soon as we have completed the drill.
