Inspector Notes
A monitoring visit was conducted today. 3 direct care staff were on-site with a 4th arriving during the inspection. Observed circle time and transition to homework, reading and restroom breaks. The program is in a new space for this school year and using a trailer at the elementary school. Additional health and safety procedures must be put in place that addresses the specific needs of a licensed program. Snack served today was goldfish crackers, fruit cup and water. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
