Inspector Notes
A health and safety subsidy inspection was conducted on 12/19/2022. The vendor was present with one child in care. A total of 4 points. Observed the child napping and playing with the vendor. The vendor has lots of toys for the child to explore. A violation notice was given to the vendor at the time of the inspection.
