Inspector Notes
An unannounced annual subsidy inspection was conducted on December 13, 2023 between 1:50pm and 2:40pm. Two enrolled children were present with the vendor. Child records, caregiver records, the physical space, emergency drills, and emergency supplies were reviewed and inspected. Children were observed playing freely. Based on record review and interview, shelter in place procedures were not practiced twice a year.
Evidence:
1. There were no shelter in place drills documented on the record of emergency drills completed in the home. No shelter in place drills have been practiced in the past year.
2. The vendor stated shelter in place drills have not been completed.
