Inspector Notes
An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:25pm-2:25pm. There were a total of 3 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. Children were observed sitting and in the crib. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor.
