Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:40pm-2:30pm. There were 3 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 provider. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 1 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed playing with toys and engaged with the provider. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider.
